Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified educator to join our team at an award-winning centre. The centre provides a warm and professional environment for children to thrive.

The centre offers rich learning experiences through regular excursions, celebrating diverse cultural events, and fostering sustainable practices with natural materials and minimal plastic use.

Our educators are valued and supported with generous annual pay increases, 5 additional personal leave days, up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and access to extensive free professional learning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-6 years
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACCEQA recognised)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
