Our Early Childhood education programs aim to foster a lifelong passion for learning in children. We are one of Victoria's leading providers, operating 61 kindergartens and child care centres across the state, impacting the lives of over 5,500 Victorian children each week.

We are seeking a highly skilled Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at Lakeside Children's Centre. Our centre offers engaging programs for 3 and 4 year-old children, where they can play, discover, and learn alongside their peers and educators.

This role involves working 3 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays between 11am and 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to develop an enriching program that maximises opportunities for children to grow and thrive
  • Build trust with families by respecting diversity and cultural needs, and encouraging their involvement in the program
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring compliance with daily standards

Essential Criteria:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
  • Sound knowledge and experience implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards
