  • Leverage business intelligence principles, data modelling, and visualisation best practices to drive consistency, quality, and scalability across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to business intelligence governance policies covering report integrity, metadata management, access controls, and auditability.
  • Advance the centralised BI report catalogue or portal to improve transparency, reduce duplication, and encourage collaboration.
  • Strengthen the BI community of practice, including mentorship of BI champions and cross-functional capability uplift.
  • Highlight tool gaps in delivering on business needs, make recommendations for consideration to the practice lead.
  • Deliver reviews of self-developed BI assets to improve performance, usability, and compliance with standards.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop initiatives to optimise BI development processes, including automation, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in the BI and analytics space.
Key Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in working independently with Line of Business stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions that deliver business value.
