Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify potential problems to be solved, define success criteria, and match company capabilities to opportunity size in the pipeline.
  • Growth Forecasting: Engage with prospects to gather high-quality information for accurate forecasting and maintain deal stages, notes, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Revenue Growth: Convert pipeline opportunities into new signed annual recurring revenue (ARR) to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through follow-up, decision maker buy-in, and procurement processes.
  • Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Strategic Mapping: Contribute to strategic mapping of market opportunities and customer accounts to drive incremental ARR growth.
  • Delivery Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives based on experience to deliver solutions more effectively and accelerate ARR velocity.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts.
