Your Role in Driving Success

As our Senior Proposal Consultant, you'll be a key member of our high-performing team, supporting the pursuit and engagement phase primarily across WA & NT regions and strategic pursuits nationally. Your day-to-day will involve proactively engaging with major/strategic opportunities, partnering with the Bid team, and providing advice to shape and deliver strong submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive bid/proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to achieve timely, high-quality bid submissions.
  • Collaborate on bid submissions across various regions and disciplines, driving successful outcomes.
  • Develop tailored responses for clients, meeting their unique needs.
  • Maintain and update content across knowledge libraries, ensuring seamless access.

What We're Looking For

As a Senior Proposal Consultant, you'll need exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting at all levels across the organization. You should drive bid teams to develop winning solutions, plan, multi-task, and prioritize competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Additionally, you'll require:

  • Strong bid and pursuit-related experience, including proposal writing and bid management/coordination, with a focus on results-driven approaches.
  • Persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading, and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion to coach and guide others in the pursuit process, promoting growth and development.

Ideally, you'll have at least 8 years of direct bid-related experience and relevant qualifications in communications/marketing or business-related fields, with a proven track record of success.
