Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Conduct research with users, colleagues, stakeholders, and the global IBM network to gain insights into the total user experience.
  • Design concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps to elevate the user experience beyond individual products or services.
  • Mapped events between people, processes, and technology to enhance the front-to-back experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Service Design or organisational design departments
  • Experience in methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Agile
  • Ability to plan, conduct, and map current states of various platforms, including workflows, tasks, and customer and employee needs
