We are seeking an experienced Experience Designer to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead user research and discovery work to uncover customer problems, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy through collaborative methods.
  • Develop innovative and engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs that align with our design system, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the agile development lifecycle, including Product Managers, Engineers, Content designers, Accessibility managers, and Legal/Risk experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct workshops, surveys, and interviews to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior and pain points.
  • Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that cater to diverse customer needs and exceed business expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible for engineering and meet key business metrics.
