The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to contribute to the continual improvement of all interfaces and create a richer user experience, increasing engagement.

This role reports to our User Experience Manager and under the guidance of our UX Team you will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting insights from analytics and customer feedback to identify improvements to digital interfaces to enhance customer experience;
  • Monitoring customer experience metrics to provide strategies to improve user experiences;
  • Implementing and monitoring cross-platform design consistency in line with our branding, including responsibility for the maintenance of the digital design guidelines;
  • Working closely with the UX team and seeking guidance (as appropriate) to contribute to the development and implementation of wagering activities by providing advice relating to design that enhances the user experience;
  • Assisting with research and user testing activities throughout the lifecycle of digital projects, including experimentation and measurement;
  • Contribute to the development of user personas to inform the research and planning process;
  • Assisting in the development and validation of UX technologies;
  • Keeping abreast of contemporary UX design trends and providing recommendations regarding processes and technology;
  • Producing interactive wireframes for new products and features, or system enhancements;
  • Producing and maintaining high-fidelity designs in Figma;
  • Ensuring that designs are produced in a manner which maintains consistency across all platforms;
  • Liaising with project teams to communicate design requirements for projects and working closely with the interface developer to ensure customer feedback informs the development process;
  • Working collaboratively in Agile teams to deliver iterative designs that provide value to the customer as soon as possible.
