Casual Deliverer of Child Welfare Services

Life Without Barriers is a leading social purpose organisation that provides support and care to children and young people.
We are seeking casual practitioners to play a critical role in the delivery of our After-Hours Service.
In this position, you will work in partnership with foster carers, children, and young people, as well as external stakeholders, to respond to emergent issues arising after hours. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and direction to staff working outside of business hours, ensuring the protection and well-being of children and young people.
- Responding to all incoming after-hours enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, demonstrating effective communication and underpinning key practice models.
- Undertaking a range of activities such as understanding a child's plans and assessments, undertaking risk assessments, and problem-solving alongside a young person.
Key Skills and Qualifications

- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
