We're seeking an automation professional to join our maintenance team. In this role, you'll be working with advanced equipment in the pipe and tube industry.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our close-knit team, you'll develop practical skills and play a crucial role in building, testing, and optimizing sophisticated systems.

This project has evolved rapidly, offering new challenges and learning opportunities every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, wire, and set up automation equipment and control panels
  • Support system build and testing to ensure smooth and safe operations
  • Collaborate with engineers and coordinators to troubleshoot and fine-tune operations
  • Install new and modified equipment on-site and ensure it's functioning correctly
  • Pitch in with maintenance and upgrades to keep systems performing at their best
Requirements:
  • Holds a current Electrical License with a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Instrumentation qualification highly regarded)
  • Good working knowledge of Australian Standards/International related to automation systems
  • Interprets electrical drawings and troubleshoots control systems confidently
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with team and stakeholders
  • Proactive and resourceful, takes ownership of tasks and adapts to changing project needs
