Associate Contracts Manager Role

Job Overview

Elecflight is seeking an experienced contracts manager to oversee the preparation and negotiation of commercial electrical contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    1. Negotiate and agree on contract terms with customers.
    2. Liaise with customers throughout the performance of contracts.
    3. Manage all financial aspects of contracts through ongoing job forecasting.
    4. Oversee pre-construction meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.
    5. Negotiate and resolve customer concerns and manage contract dispute processes.

  • Requirements:

    • Diploma in construction, project management, or electrical engineering.
    • 5-10 years' experience in contracts/project management or estimating.
    • Experience as an electrician is highly desirable.
