As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to become work-ready and secure suitable employment. With our commitment to lifting people up, you will be part of a team that empowers people to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.

What does the job entail?

  • Source employment opportunities for your clients
  • Help clients identify their skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and employers
  • Increase clients' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
