**Unlock Your Potential as an Employment Consultant**

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and make a positive impact in people's lives. As an Employment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in helping job seekers become work ready and find suitable employment.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing employment opportunities, identifying job seekers' skills, and securing employment. You'll also deliver exceptional customer service and provide training and support services to increase job seekers' capacity for employment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to help others, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Full training is provided, so prior experience in Employment Services is not necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Ability to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
