We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As an integral member of our workforce, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their employment goals.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing employment opportunities that align with the needs and aspirations of job seekers.
  • Your primary objective will be to help job seekers identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment.
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the employment process.
  • You will work closely with job seekers to increase their capacity for employment through targeted training and support services.
  • You will create and implement personalized job plans with job seekers, providing a clear pathway to employment and success.
  • You will build relationships with local employers and community organizations to expand job opportunities and promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
