We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee selections for our single storey builds and conduct prestart meetings.

 

About the Role:

This is a leadership opportunity within a close-knit team, delivering high-quality single and double storey homes nationwide.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee selections for single storey builds

- Conduct 3-4 prestart meetings per week

- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction

 

Requirements:

- A minimum of one year's experience in prestart, contract administration or a similar role

- Strong understanding of building contracts and contracts administration

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
