Key Responsibilities
  • Implement seamless building operations by overseeing systems, processes, and safety protocols.
  • Manage project completion handovers from pre-opening builder and project management team.
  • Lead setup and implementation of preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
  • Develop and maintain safety and maintenance protocols aligned with local regulations and brand standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for compliance, inspections, warranties, and permits.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality or commercial building management.
  • Trade qualification or engineering background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership style that inspires trust, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid working rights required.
