We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead the development of our employment services from the ground up.
- As an Inclusive Employment Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of employment consultants in delivering high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our organisation's values.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
- Our program offers specialist IPS training and access to evidence-based practices that achieve results.
- The opportunity to build and develop your own team, shaping a culture of excellence at your site/region.
- Access to our Management Development Program to strengthen your leadership skills.
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
