Job Description:

As a compassionate and caring nurse, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to residents, administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the care team to implement personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active LPN license in Ohio
  • CPR certification
  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care (desired but not required)
  • Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
