Job Title: Skilled Nursing Professional

At our organisation, we are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team in Bega, NSW. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to individuals under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Selection Criteria / Qualifications:
• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects individuals' rights within a multidisciplinary context.
• Effective clinical communication skills and ability to manage conflict professionally.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining competence.
• Knowledge of person-centred nursing and openness to change in care delivery.
• Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical relevance to the position.
