Join our Clinical Team as a Skilled Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Enrolled Nurse - Transition to Professional Practice Program.

This 12-month program offers a unique opportunity for newly qualified nurses to develop their clinical skills and gain valuable experience in general acute, sub-acute or mental health settings.

As an Enrolled Nurse with us, you will work under the supervision of experienced Registered Nurses and contribute to delivering safe and effective patient care.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as medication management, wound care and patient assessment, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for patients.

The program includes regular training sessions, competency-based assessments and performance development meetings to support your professional growth and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients using an individualised holistic approach.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for patients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and competency-based assessments to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with recent completion of a Diploma in Nursing or eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse upon completion of a Diploma in Nursing prior to commencement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated evidence of recent clinical placement in an acute care setting.
