About the Role

The Billing Support Officer is a key member of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network team, responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of SAMI Billing services. This role involves using the Enterprise System for Medical Imaging and PBRC to produce timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing and claiming functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide billing services for the site at which they are located, with the ability to provide direct billing advice to medical imaging staff.
  • Support the Coordinator, Billing Service, in the development and management of standardised practices for billing services.
  • Contribute to the even distribution of workload across SAMI, providing remote billing support to other sites as needed.
