Job Title: Underground TrainerJob Description:

We are seeking experienced trainers to support our growth in underground mining operations worldwide. As an Underground Trainer, you will play a key role in identifying training needs and developing plans to address competencies.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying training needs and developing plans to address competencies
  • Coordinating new employee training and ensuring effective delivery
  • Analyzing equipment performance data
  • Facilitating training plans for existing operators
  • Liaising with site leadership and trainers on training needs and logistics
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience working in underground mining (5+ years)
  • Cert IV in Training
  • Current and valid Australian manual driver's license
  • All relevant qualifications, certificates, and licenses
