Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Field Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Specialist Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the installation, testing, and maintenance of RF Communications tactical radio equipment. You will work closely with our customers to ensure the operational quality of system equipment and provide guidance and training to customer personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and expertise in the installation, testing, and maintenance of RF Communications tactical radio equipment.
- Work closely with customers to ensure the operational quality of system equipment.
- Provide guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques.
- Assess and analyze technical application of company products and competing equipment to meet customer needs.
- Conduct the install, configure, operate, maintain, repair, or modify customer equipment or software.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- NV1 security clearance (or the ability to achieve one).
