Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our tactical radio systems, including installation, testing, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for tactical radio systems, including installation, testing, and training.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical services and support.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical services and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in tactical radio systems and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
