Senior RF Communications Specialist

L3Harris is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the defense industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Field Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our RF Communications tactical radio equipment in the HF, VHF, UHF, and SHF RF spectrum. This will involve working with customers to establish operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques, as well as providing pre-sales and post-sale technical support for our company's products and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education and a minimum of 8 years of related experience. They will also require an NV1 security clearance or the ability to achieve one.
As a Specialist Field Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for supporting the contract requirements for the provision of installation and testing of Commonwealth protected platforms, training design and delivery, maintenance support, software upgrade services, engineering support services, equipment installation services, equipment operation and support services, and planning and advice support.
