THE OPPORTUNITY National Self Insurance is a division of EML that serves employers who are self-insured for their workers' compensation needs and have partnered with EML for claims management services. We currently have an opening for a seasoned Senior Case Manager. As a member of our diverse team, you will play a crucial role in positively impacting individuals' lives daily. You will find great fulfillment in knowing that your skills and dedication serve a meaningful purpose. This is a full-time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home three days a week after completing training. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of both workers and employers. - Ensure timely and proactive interventions to enhance recovery and return-to-work outcomes. - Provide workers' compensation guidance to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and service providers. - Assist workers and employers throughout the claims process, ensuring timely access to necessary services to facilitate return-to-work and recovery from injuries. - Actively manage cases to achieve optimal outcomes for early and sustainable return-to-work for workers while maintaining reasonable claim costs.
