About The Role

As the Operations Manager - Hotel Night Shift, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our hotel operations at the Star Brisbane.

You will lead the night shift team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the night shift operations, including team training, development, and performance management;
  • Investigating guest queries and concerns with a diplomatic and empathetic approach;
  • Demonstrating our commitment to service excellence, ensuring flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount;
  • Encouraging a positive working relationship across all departments;
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest and financial details.

About You

We are looking for an experienced hotel professional with leadership experience and a proven track record of developing teams to success. You should have a strong passion for delivering guest excellence and be highly familiar with utilizing Opera PMS. Additionally, you will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset, understanding the importance of embedding this culture within your team.

As we move to The Star Brisbane, you will be critical in leading the team through change. You should have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements and experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.

About Us

The $ billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
