About the Job

We're seeking an incredibly talented Digital and Print Design Specialist to join our Creative Marketing teams across the different brands in the Cotton On Group. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of our beautiful and state-of-the-art offices and collaborate with an incredibly talented and creative team.

Your Role

As a Digital and Print Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing seamless experiences across digital and print channels. You'll work closely with our design team to create new concepts that align with our brand DNA and deliver amazing marketing campaigns for our brands.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary level design qualification
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and creating new concepts that align with our brand DNA
  • Experience in design developing seamless experiences across digital and print channels
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
  • Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities
  • Demonstrated conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, a strategic thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
