**Role Overview**

We're seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in the Barwon region and surrounding areas. This full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position offers a competitive salary package, including vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Working in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
  • Utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
  • Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
  • Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilizing positive behaviour support framework
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges

**Requirements**

  • NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field)
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
