About the Role:

Deliver high-quality materials management support to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and eliminate waste. Engage with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Master Data, Procurement, Engineering, Cost Control, Finance, Warehousing, Transportation and Vendors
  • Perform timely and accurate SAP transactions in accordance with materials management procedures and policies
  • Lead the review of leftover campaign materials to ensure timely closeout
  • Plan stock verification and stocktakes in collaboration with vendors and distribution centres
  • Conduct well and campaign reconciliations within committed timeframe
  • Provide expert advisory on materials considerations for projects

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a related field such as supply chain, logistics or procurement
  • Experience in supply chain and materials management disciplines
  • Ability to translate best practices into an operating environment
  • Flexibility to adopt new technologies and approaches
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships across different stakeholder groups
  • Minimum 5 years experience with SAP ERP (MM) and Excel formulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
