Job Description:

We are seeking a Materials Logistics Specialist to undertake the effective receipt, storage, movement and control of all materials.

This role is a 3-month short-term commitment on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Supply Chains, user groups, third parties, clients and contractors to ensure that all materials and equipment are received, marshalled and shipped in accordance with company procedures and internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Upper-secondary qualifications from a recognised institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in materials / logistics within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Varied and detailed work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key material control and logistics concepts and principles.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (i.e. ERM, Maximo, Oracle, SAP).
  • Qualifications for dangerous Goods by Sea & Air.
  • Manual handling / Forklift licence and experience preferred.
