Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic property management environment, overseeing a portfolio of properties and collaborating with leasing and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional client service.

  • Main responsibilities include rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination, as well as working closely with the leasing team to ensure prompt and efficient lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management
  • Leasing and Maintenance Coordination
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison
Requirements:
  • At least 18 months experience in property management or a related field
  • Hold a current Real Estate Certificate
  • Hold a current driving license
  • Be reliable, career-focused, and well-presented with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Adaptable personality skills, problem-solving, negotiation, friendly, and sociable
