Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled Digital Solution Strategist to craft cutting-edge digital solutions for clients.

  • Craft exceptional end-to-end digital solutions for clients, including designing technical proposals and creating PoCs/Demos for client engagements.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives, define architecture, and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
  • Work directly with clients to understand needs and provide expert guidance, fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams.
  • Develop detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
Key Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in software development/architecture
  • Cloud expertise (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus)
  • Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks
  • Data expertise including Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake
  • Real-world experience solving business challenges
  • Mentorship and code review experience
  • Fluent in English
