About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced wellbeing professional to join our team and provide strategic guidance on workforce management matters, including best practice approaches to staff support and wellbeing.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and managers on workforce management matters, including staff support and wellbeing strategies.">
- Negotiate and manage engagement of external providers to deliver tailored psychological support to registry staff.">
- Lead the design, development and implementation of wellbeing strategies, initiatives and projects to foster a culture of trauma-informed service delivery.">
- Monitor outcomes and benefits realisation for projects and prepare project plans, memorandums and reports for senior leaders and managers.">
- Utilise workforce data and resources to deliver client-focused services and insights.">
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand workplace requirements and build on existing practices.">
What You Will Need:
">To be successful in this role you will require strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in providing strategic guidance on wellbeing matters. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
