Excellence Enhancement Specialist

This is a key opportunity to join as a proactive and organised excellence enhancement specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across the organisation, enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with the Senior Improvement Officer to drive systems thinking, performance measurement, and business improvement initiatives across teams, departments, and directorates.
  • The role involves supporting the delivery of organisational review programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and/or increase revenue.
  • Liaising with consultants, you will ensure quality and delivery of meaningful insights and tangible outcomes that support organisational improvement objectives.
  • You will also track and draft reports on financial and non-financial benefit realisation.
  • Overseeing reporting on financial and non-financial benefit realisation will be a key responsibility.
About You
  • You hold relevant business or project related qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Your experience in service planning, strategic analysis, project management, or business improvement within a complex organisation will be highly valued.
  • You possess a proven ability to support high-impact projects involving multifaceted stakeholder groups, with a strong grasp of project management and financial acumen.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and strategic alignment is essential.
