Regional Business Development Manager

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure business expansion and customer satisfaction.
Identify new opportunities for growth, actively seeking out new accounts to open and expand.
Negotiate agreements with customers to balance profitability and relationship strength.
Manage a transactional role, including order management, pricing arrangements, and exceptional service.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, particularly cabinet hardware, to effectively manage customer history and interactions.
