ROLE OVERVIEW

Kilcoy Global Foods is a leading global foods solutions business, renowned for exceptional quality and innovation. We specialise in premium Australian beef and high-quality protein products.

AS A LIVESTOCK PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:

  • Assist with executing against the Livestock procurement strategy to meet current and future requirements.
  • Support the development of livestock programs that align with sales demand and customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the coordination of livestock logistics to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and review livestock pricing trends, considering key market and industry drivers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL WITH

  • A keen interest in the livestock industry and a desire to grow their career in procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and the ability to see tasks through to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Livestock purchasing execution to meet supply, specification, and price targets.
  • Coordinating livestock logistics to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the Livestock Central system.
  • Facilitating professional and efficient information flow between Livestock Procurement and internal/external stakeholders.
