Graduate Animal Production Advisor role with AGnVET, offering hands-on field experience, professional development, and a competitive benefits package in Northern NSW.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advanced animal production advice and solutions to customers and staff as part of the Field Services Team.
Supporting and mentoring staff to develop technical and sales skills.
Delivering customised Annual Production Plans, including parasite management, nutritional supplementing, and Best Practice Management protocols.
Implementing targeted programs using diagnostic and data collection services, including portable worm egg counting and electronic identification equipment.
Gaining an understanding of branch merchandising operations while working closely with experienced Animal Production Advisors and the field services team.
Providing end-to-end customer service, from understanding requests to sourcing and delivering solutions.
Working across several branches in Northern NSW, with exposure to a wide regional network.
Participating in a structured graduate program commencing in early 2026 or sooner, depending on availability.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Recent graduate or final-year student with tertiary qualifications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to change and effective interpersonal skills.
Keen interest in animal production and technology.
Passion for developing technical, management, and leadership potential.
Demonstrated participation and leadership in extra-curricular activities.
Right to live and work in the specified location.
