We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic trainers to join our team in a dynamic and rapidly expanding fitness environment.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include cycle studios, reformer Pilates, cafes, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good atmosphere that motivates, challenges, and inspires members.

The Role

As a Personal Trainer, you will play a critical role in member engagement and be an integral part of our team. Your role will involve motivating, inspiring, and guiding members through their fitness journey. You will work independently within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design personalized health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
  • Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
  • Participate in Fitness Challenges - As part of our regular challenges, trainers participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN, and Insurance.
  • Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • High energy, charisma, and communication skills to engage and motivate members.
