Leadership Opportunity: Garden Maintenance Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our garden maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing outdoor spaces, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a dedicated team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring a team of garden maintenance professionals. You will schedule and prioritize tasks, provide guidance and training, conduct regular inspections, and liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of garden maintenance professionals
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks to achieve efficient work flow
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress

About You:

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and experience in managing teams. A qualification in horticulture or a related field is highly desirable but not essential. A blue card (WWCC) or willingness to obtain is required, as well as a valid driver's license.
