Outdoor Space Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls, paving, stairs, pergolas, decks, ponds), and turf installation.
- Prepare sites for planting and construction by clearing debris, grading, and leveling ground as needed.
- Select, plant, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements according to design specifications.
- Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, excavators, and other machinery, all heavy machinery only with correct qualifications and tickets.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure the health and aesthetics of landscapes.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in landscape construction or maintenance is required.
- Knowledge of plant types, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license; a landscape-related certification or qualification.
- Knowledge of local plants and environmental considerations in the area is advantageous.
