About the Role

The Financial Accountant plays a critical role in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock records, reconciling discrepancies, supporting audits, generating reports, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances.

  • Monitor stock levels and alert for re-ordering.

  • Implement and enforce PTU procedures and policies.
  • Work with internal auditors to provide financial information as required.

  • Contribute honest and direct feedback to your manager on potential service/process enhancements, what is going well, and where team improvement is possible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sun system, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
