About the Role:

The Scheduling Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and clients receive an exceptional experience. They support different teams within each neighbourhood, manage requests and concerns, create correspondence and documentation, and organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in rostering/scheduling, great time-management skills, and good knowledge/experience with MS Office and Database applications.
