Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a critical part in maintaining and delivering schedules that support Defence capability.

This role involves working closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant scheduling. Key responsibilities include developing and managing service delivery schedules, leading planning activities such as the Target Budget Estimate process, updating schedules and tracking progress against Contract Deliverables, and liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

  • Develop and manage integrated maintenance programs and Ship Maintenance Availability schedules
  • Lead planning activities such as the Target Budget Estimate (TBE) process
  • Update schedules and track progress against Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery

You will be involved in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling and support services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Defence statutory requirements, contributing to reporting and analysis, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting key client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently, and hold or be eligible for an AGSVA Baseline security clearance. Additionally, they should have experience in either an Australian Defence or commercial environment and proficiency in scheduling tools.
