About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner and Scheduler to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our Glazing team, you will be responsible for maximizing the conversion of opportunities for glazing jobs to major centers and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate glazing resources in a timely and profitable manner.
  • Plan, schedule, and quote daily work to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules and job progress.
  • Liaise with the Building and Fitout Team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Manage bookings, quoting, and stock management to meet business objectives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to provide written quotes and possess strong computer skills.
  • Adaptability to changing work priorities and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Simpro or similar software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in glass or trades scheduling/planning is highly desirable.
