About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planner and Scheduler to join our Glazing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing the conversion of opportunities for glazing jobs to major centers and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate glazing resources in a timely and profitable manner.
  • Plan, schedule, and quote daily work.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules.
  • Liaise with the Building and Fitout Team.
  • Coordinate jobs from end to end.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Booking and quoting jobs, as well as stock management.

About You

  • Ability to manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide written quotes and be computer savvy.
  • Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities.
  • Simpro experience an advantage.
  • Glass and or trades scheduling/planning experience an advantage.
