Position Summary

  • Oversee the management of multiple interconnected high-priority and/or high-risk projects, ensuring alignment with key strategic objectives. Guide project teams in delivering intricate business, integration, and implementation initiatives, as well as continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ program and project management methodologies to oversee scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and risks throughout the lifecycle of strategic projects.
  • Lead critical projects aimed at achieving quantifiable enhancements in business processes.
  • Provide technical training and support for ongoing improvements in the planning, development, and execution of process enhancements.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to aid leaders in recognizing growth opportunities and developing strategic plans.

Six Sigma Methodology: Familiar with the principles of Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology; able to apply it to enhance manufacturing processes.

  • Guides the selection and application of appropriate measurement tools.
  • Identifies root causes of quality or service issues.
  • Facilitates improvements in performance related to cost and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing projects within Finance, Credit, and operations.
  • Ability to lead projects while actively participating in project tasks.
  • Background in Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in project or change management is preferred.
