People and Culture Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our organization.

This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Volunteer Program and P&C function, providing administrative support and coordination for recruitment, induction and compliance-related activities for staff and volunteers.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, be able to demonstrate their ability to improve and document processes, and be passionate about supporting our mission.

  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Volunteer Program and P&C function, including coordination of recruitment, induction and compliance-related activities.
  2. Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and systems as required, including volunteer and staff files.
  3. Policies and Processes: Assist with updating policies and processes as required, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
  4. Volunteer Champion: Champion the importance of volunteers, consulting and collaborating with colleagues across the organization in volunteer matters.
  5. Process Refining: Refine and document PositiveMedia's process for sourcing, engaging and supporting volunteers.
  6. Fostering Connections: Foster connections with local churches by supporting the establishment of regular contact with key members of TheLight Family (volunteers).

To thrive in this role, you will need to be experienced in providing administrative support, able to demonstrate your ability to improve and document processes, and passionate about supporting our mission. You will also have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
