Job Overview

We are seeking experienced horticulture specialists to support our senior growers in developing crop strategies, managing teams, and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate crop development from planting to harvest
  • Oversee horticultural operations and quality control
  • Monitor and report on crop health, water quality, pests, and fertilizer use
  • Manage inventory, maintenance, and personnel budgets
  • Lead and train team members, manage schedules, and ensure workplace safety compliance
  • Utilize grower/climate software to manage climate risk and production efficiency
About You

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in horticulture or a related field, plus a relevant certification (Cert III/IV)

• Current forklift license

• Strong leadership, computer, and problem-solving skills

• Physical fitness and comfort working in warm climates

• Availability for on-call roster work
