About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of initiatives by providing effective leadership, risk management, collaboration, facilitation, and coaching skills.

The successful candidate will lead a strong team to deliver high-quality solutions for staff and customers, foster strong working relationships with other business unit Managers and Heads Of, and drive continuous improvement in the skills and processes within the Cloud and Infrastructure (Public) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Drive continuous improvement in the skills and processes within the Cloud and Infrastructure (Public) team
Requirements
  • Knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles (SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Prince 2 Methodologies)
  • Experience with automation, configuration management, and release capabilities including DevOps pipeline practices
  • Experience managing schedules, timelines, and scrum teams
